Easter Fun in the Garden (EY and Key Stage 1)

Back in the autumn term we had to unfortunately postpone our Christmas school garden event. We have been looking at a new date and we have come up with Wednesday 28th March from 1.30-2.30pm and we will have an Easter themed focus instead!

This date falls within ‘Autism Awareness Week’ so it will be a great opportunity for you to spend some time with your child in school to get an insight into the wonderful outdoor space and provision that we have to help enrich the children’s learning.

The event will be led by our Forest Schools leader, Ruth Parsons and the class teachers. We’ve been planning some fun activities for you and your child to enjoy including an Easter treasure hunt.

Unfortunately, due to space restrictions and safety we will not be able to allow siblings to join the event.

Please let us know if you will be joining us for this event by using the reply slip, attached to the letter circulated on the 28th February, by Monday 19th March. Parents attending the event will be permitted to take their child home after the event finishes at 2.30pm.

Thank you for your support.

Becky Edgcumbe and Anne O’Donoghue (Stingray and Turtle class teachers)
